The Learning Center, located on the ground floor of the May H. Baker Memorial Library, helps students achieve academic success and provides opportunities for leadership, collaboration, and intellectual growth for all members of the VFMC community. The Learning Center facilitates a variety of student success initiatives including peer and professional tutoring services, testing services, educational workshops, and the provision of educational resources at no additional cost to students enrolled in the college.
Additionally, the Learning Center works with students with diagnosed learning disabilities to provide academic services and accommodations to meet their individual needs and to ensure equal access within the institution.
